Objectives: It was aimed estimate comparative gold up five hours after oral dose with four different anupana. Materials methods: In in vivo study, 30 healthy human participants were allocated randomly into groups having six individuals each. mg administered orally anupana viz honey [2.5 gm], black pepper-ghee combination [250 2.5 gm respectively], lactose mg], glucose plain each group. Blood samples collected at 0, 1, 3 5 dose. levels blood assessed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry [ICP-MS]. Results: all traces. Average Cmax 0.002333 microgram per liter Tmax anupana, showing maximum among groups. Conclusions: Preliminary results indicate that from may be less than 0.01 % upto first hours. mixed resulted attainment Cmax. evident accompanying media [anupana] play an important role absorption bhasma.
